Originally from Iowa, Kristin has spent much of her early twenties traveling until finally settling on the shores of Lake Superior in Marquette, MI. There she met her husband, Gary, and they live happily picking berries and taking photos into their ever after.

As a recent bride myself, I am in tune with the vision of a modern bride, however, I don't focus only on bridal photography. I want to focus on fun, innovative, and creative photos that focus on bringing out the personality that lies at the heart of every photograph. Like snowflakes, no two photos are alike because each second is different from the next. That is exactly what I love about photography, it gives us the opportunity to freeze time and truly capture a memory.
Currently, I am a full time Grad Student, Future Faculty Fellow, and DIY (anything) enthusiast. Photography has been a passion of mine since eying my grandfather's Pentax as a young girl. This Blog is a chronological account of all of my adventures, be they artful endeavors or simply inspiring attempts at life. I hope that you enjoy!
